Exercise
- Watch the video presentation by Sebastian Urchs and go over the slides.
- Find an open neuroimaging dataset via one of the resource links described in the presentation that has at least 40 participants and including phemotypic information that could be useful to your project (age, cognitive scores, diagnoses, etc.)
- Download at least 1 of these participants and their accompanying phenotypic information.
- Follow up with Désirée Lussier to validate you completed the exercise correctly.
